For Steam: The incubator must maintain a constant temperature typically
around 55-60°C to promote the growth of heat-resistant spores.
For Ethylene Oxide (EO): Similar to steam sterilization, the incubator temperature is typically set between 35-39°C to encourage the growth of EO-resistant spores.
For Plasma: The incubator should maintain a stable temperature, typically
around 55-60°C, to support the growth of spores used in plasma
sterilization biological indicators.
