This usually happens as a result of a breakage or dirt in the handpiece lenses or a defect in the fiber cable, where the device checks the laser power before it passes to the fiber and the handpiece and finds it normal, while after that its power decreases

Follow these instructions:

1- Examine the handpiece lenses and make sure they are clean and safe

2- Ensure correct lens position in handpiece

3- After that, make sure that the fiber cable is intact and that there is no breakage or scratch on its surface

If you find otherwise, you must change the aforementioned parts immediately
